EMERGENCY SUBSTITUTE TEACHER TRAINING
The Wilson Area School District is seeking qualified individuals for our Emergency Substitute Teacher training program.  Emergency substitute teachers will be utilized when the District is experiencing a daily substitute shortage.  To be considered for the training, you must have a four year college degree and have experience working with children.  The 2017-2018 daily rate of pay for emergency substitute teachers is $100 per day for the first 10 days and $110 per day subsequently. 
 
TRAINING DATE: Thursday January 11, 2018 
TIME: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. ( Lunch provided 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)
LOCATION: William P. Tollinger Administration Building
                    2040 Washington Boulevard
                    Easton, PA 18042
 
Approved candidates will need to complete the following: 

Act 34 (State Police)
Act 151 (Child Abuse)
Act 114 (FBI) Clearances
Act 24 (Arrest and Conviction Report and Certification) form
Act 168 (Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release) form
Apply for the $5.00 state emergency substitute certification.
